Who We Are
Radiant Promises is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity serving at-risk young adults ages 18–24 who are overcoming trauma, abuse, and instability. We provide mental wellness and educational retreats designed to restore a better life, rebuild identity, and create lasting pathways to independence
Leadership
Radiant Promises was founded by Dolly Chacon, CEO and Executive Program Director. With a background in business administration, professional life and mental wellness coaching Dolly has a deep commitment to youth development. She leads the organization with a vision to restore lives and create lasting pathways to independence.
Vision
Radiant Promises is expanding a network of mission-aligned environments, including retreat centers, transitional living communities, and future tiny home developments designed to support long-term stability and independence.
Need
Many at-risk young adults face trauma, instability, and a lack of support during critical stages of their lives—leaving them vulnerable to cycles that impact their future and well-being. Radiant Promises exists to interrupt that cycle and provide a path forward. In turn, this work helps strengthen communities, uplift cities, and contribute to a healthier society.
