Five Sterling is a private, purpose-built residential Launch Community for young adults ages 18–24 who are experiencing housing instability or are without a safe, stable place to call home—and who are ready for the opportunity to build a stronger, independent future.

Not transitional housing. Not a shelter. Not simply a youth program.

The Five Sterling Community Capital Campaign invites individuals, families, foundations, businesses, philanthropists, and Founding Partners to help establish the first Five Sterling community.

Capital support will provide the foundation for property acquisition, residential cottages, infrastructure, community and program facilities, and essential resources needed to bring the Five Sterling vision to life.

Five Sterling will be developed in phases, allowing the community to grow responsibly as funding, feasibility, demonstrated need, and measurable outcomes support expansion.

​This is not a vision of permanent dependency or residency. It is a vision of young adults learning to work, save, contribute, make responsible decisions, manage a home, develop healthy relationships, pursue education or vocational opportunities, and prepare to stand independently, but not having to do it alone.

Radiant Promises is not beginning empty-handed. Our nonprofit already owns more than approximately $1.2 million in debt-free real estate that was originally donated without a mortgage. We intend to steward that foundation responsibly and build this next chapter through private philanthropy rather than taking on unnecessary debt.
