All positions are an Independent Contractor position which means you are a 1099 self-employed person. You file and pay your personal income taxes and self-employment taxes to the IRS. Radiant Promises issues at end-of-year a 1099 Form to you and the IRS.

Radiant Promises

Radiant Promises is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity serving young adults ages 18–24. We provide mental wellness and educational retreats designed to restore lives, rebuild identity, and create lasting pathways to independence for those over-coming trauma.

Through the Radiance Alive curric-ulum, participants are supported in a peaceful, private setting with mentorship, restorative activities, and life development training—within a growing network of mission-aligned environments.
